The Croton Yacht Club is a working club. We haul or own boats, maintain the docks, breakwater, building, grounds, etc. To become a working member of the Croton Yacht Club, you must be a Village Resident.
The one-time initiation fee is $2,000 with annual dues of $100. Each member is required to fulfill 35 hours of fall work time and 35 hours of spring work time. Failure to complete these hours results per-hour penalties. In return, working members pay $6/foot for summer mooring and $6/foot for winter haul & storage. Working members have voting rights, are given full access to the club-house and are allowed to rent the club-house at a reduced rate.
For those who cannot or do not choose to become a regular member, we offer associate memberships. After completing an application, and if we have room, you can rent a slip for the current rates. For more information, please stop by the Yacht Club and speak to an officer.
NOTE: These are general terms and subject to change. Consult the by-laws for more detailed information.
